1 Privacy Statement
1.1 This article contains the Privacy Statement of MyPhotoFun. It describes how we will handle your personal details that we ask you to submit when you want to use the MyPhotoFun Editor. Our processes of handling personal details are registered.

1.2 When placing an order at MyPhotoFun you are asked to submit your name, address, and details of your way of payment (e.g. bank account number). These personal details are used for the following purposes.
- Rendering and invoicing our (printing) services.
- Handling your order and giving you updates on the state of your orders.

1.3 We also ask you for details on your job, function, age and interests. This information is used to obtain a better view on our customers, and to develop and adjust the Editor to your personal preferences.

1.4 Finally, we register information (among others IP-addresses) to put together user statistics, and also to secure the Editor and our systems.

1.5 The Editor and website uses cookies which are saved by your computer. Cookies are used in the ordering process to save information about your order. Furthermore, additional information such as computer settings and indicated preferences are stored in cookies to facilitate subsequent usage of the Editor. This information does not contain any personal details, like names, addresses or credit card details. If you do not want to receive any cookies, you will have to adjust the settings of your computer. However, this might mean that you are not able to use all features of the Editor, or that you cannot access certain parts of the Editor.

1.6 In case of further expansion of MyPhotoFun it might be possible that capital equipment or one or more divisions of the company are transferred to a third party. In that case, the customer details will also be transferred to this third party.

These countries might have less protective laws concerning the handling of personal details.
