If you are not satisfied with your Album, your money is reimbursed without further ado, but only if:
- you did not modify your photos
- you did not receive the warning: “poor quality photos used”
- when placing your photos in the MyPhotoFun Editor your photos are not underexposed.
To have your money reimbursed, follow the procedure as described below.
- Send us your complaint within 48 hours through the Contact Page.
- Subsequently, you will receive a number by email.
- Return the Album by postage and in the original packing, writing down the number on the left hand top corner of the packing.
